A lady has been arrested making an attempt to cross into Canada after fleeing Washington, the place she and her husband tried an “honor killing” of their 17-year-old daughter.
Zahraa Subhi Mohsin Ali, 40, and her husband Ihsan Ali, 44, have been charged with tried homicide, kidnapping, and assault over the assault on their teenage daughter on October 18.
