As MLive reported final week, 30-year-old Deshawn Dante Leeth was fatally shot round 6:05 p.m. on April 4 after he attacked an Ohio State Trooper and stole the cop’s automobile. The trooper had responded to a single-vehicle crash on the Ohio Turnpike when Leeth started assaulting the officer.

Pennsylvania State Police then begin chasing after Leeth earlier than he crashes the stolen police car in North Sewickley, Beaver County.
A serious struggle then ensued after Pennsylvania troopers approached the automobile. It ends with the cops killing Leeth in self-defense.
