Throughout President Donald Trump’s first joint tackle to Congress of his second time period, as he outlined the steps his administration is taking to reshape the federal authorities, a number of Democratic lawmakers sporting “Resist” t-shirts stood up, turned their backs, and walked out of the Home chamber in protest.
All through the speech, the Democrats persistently behaved like youngsters — shouting, holding indicators, and inflicting a disrespectful ruckus.
The protest started as a handful of Home Democrats, together with Rep. Maxwell Frost of Florida, stood up and eliminated their jackets to disclose black T-shirts emblazoned with “RESIST” in daring white letters.

Whereas many coordinated protests gave the impression to be happening on the Democrat aspect of the aisle, Sen. Chris Murphy and Reps. Maxine Waters and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez boycotted the occasion fully.
