To the editor: One letter author claims that Vice President Kamala Harris misplaced the election as a result of the Democrats weren’t clear-eyed concerning the get together’s failings and Harris’ “shortcomings.” (“The leader of the Democratic Party? Not Kamala Harris,” letters, Dec. 23)
One other claims that almost all of voters didn’t need Harris to win as a result of they needed somebody “who would reply to a query in fewer than 500 phrases.” Does that author suppose President-elect Donald Trump responds to any query in fewer than 1000’s of phrases that don’t have any context and don’t type full sentences?
It’s not that People didn’t need a Black girl for president. Quite, it seems that Trump voters desire a would-be dictator who will permit them to indicate their true colours, and so they love him for that.
What a tragic commentary on our present and future civilization.
