As this administration seeks to finish packages that assist variety, fairness and inclusion in colleges, companies and organizations, the outcome will return this nation to pre-civil rights struggles that so many gave their lives for. This requires resistance to racist insurance policies and practices that align with Trump’s values as he workouts energy to silence opposition and protest. This nation is various, however fairness is an unrealized purpose.
