When requested in regards to the inconsistencies and apparent lies about his journey to China, particularly his journey to Tiananmen Sq., Walz known as himself a knucklehead. Factors for accuracy!
His reply was awkward and he appeared unready for it, which is astonishing. He needed to know this was coming.
