Three boys ages 12 to 13 had been shot and injured after they tried to rob a person at gunpoint at an condominium advanced in Harris County, Texas, early Thursday morning.
In accordance with legislation enforcement, 4 younger boys ages 12 to 14 had been concerned within the incident.
The three younger children who had been shot had been rushed to a close-by hospital, one in crucial situation.
The shooter instructed police he acted in self protection and he solely shot the boys as a result of they tried to rob him in his dwelling at gunpoint.

Three boys had been shot and injured, certainly one of them critically, once they tried to rob a 25-year-old man in northwest Harris County early Thursday morning, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.
A fourth boy and the person who was robbed had been detained for questioning. The ages of the boys vary from 12 to 13.
This occurred shortly after midnight at an condominium advanced on North Houston Rosslyn Highway simply south of Freeway 249.
Investigators mentioned 4 boys approached the person with pistols and tried to rob him. The person reportedly pulled out his personal pistol and shot three of them.
The three boys who had been shot had been taken to space hospitals. One in all them suffered a number of gunshot wounds and HPD mentioned is recovering in an ICU. The opposite two reportedly suffered non-life-threatening accidents.
