MOSCOW: A Russian courtroom sentenced two troopers to life in jail for the bloodbath of a household of 9 individuals of their house in occupied Ukraine, state media reported on Friday (Nov 8).
Russian prosecutors mentioned in October 2023, the 2 Russian troopers, Anton Sopov and Stanislav Rau, entered the house of the Kapkanets household within the metropolis of Volnovakha with weapons outfitted with silencers.
They then shot all 9 relations who lived there, together with two youngsters aged 5 and 9.
The southern district army courtroom in Rostov-on-Don sentenced the 2 males to life in jail for mass homicide “motivated by political, ideological, racial, nationwide or spiritual hatred”, the state-run TASS information company reported, citing an unnamed regulation enforcement supply.
