When you grew up within the Midwest as I did, the MAGA motion wouldn’t shock you. David Horsey’s editorial cartoon and one-sentence remark sums it up fully. If you wish to win again working-class voters, don’t supply them kale or ask for his or her pronouns — Horsey’s phrases, barely altered.
I’m a centrist sort Democrat and realizing that Trump voters should not all ignorant or gullible has made me extra tolerant of the catastrophe now in energy as I await the pendulum to swing again. Hopefully it should relaxation nearer to the middle.
