Re: “U.N. accuses Israel of killing 15 rescue workers in Gaza Strip” (Nation & World, April 1):
I learn with continued heartbreak and horror of the current killing of rescue staff in Gaza. Within the information there solely appears to be one atrocity after one other, with no Israeli authorities plans for a decision that would offer stability and security for Israelis and Palestinians.
But there are extraordinary organizations composed of Israelis and Palestinians taking the lead in providing Palestinians and Israelis a path away from battle, destruction and demise. I urge readers to be taught extra concerning the Alliance for Middle East Peace, Land for All and Standing Together. These three organizations deserve our consideration as they’re those forging discussions and plans for safety, stability and security for all.
As an alternative of accepting an absence of political creativeness, we have to deal with and help Israelis and Palestinians who’ve reasonable and artistic options to result in extra stability within the area and extra safety for its inhabitants.
