The Gateway Pundit reported this morning {that a} supporter of Hamas was shot Thursday night after assaulting a pro-Israel Iraq Struggle veteran throughout a protest in Newton, Massachusetts, a Boston suburb.
In keeping with The Daily Wire’s Kassy Akiva, the incident occurred when the assailant started shouting at a bunch of roughly ten pro-Israel protesters.
47-year-old Scott Hayes, an Iraq Struggle veteran from Framingham, Massachusetts, was a part of the group and recognized because the shooter.
Witnesses revealed that Hayes was getting ready to depart when the pro-Hamas agitator, who has not been recognized, flipped off the pro-Israel protesters and began cursing them out.
The Hamas lover then charged throughout the road via site visitors and tackled Hayes, who was holding an American flag. The 2 males began grappling on the bottom.
Throughout the combat, a gunshot rang out, leaving the Hamas protester severely wounded with life-threatening injuries.

Nonetheless, this clear-cut case in self-defense may value Hayes his freedom within the Individuals’s Republic of Massachusetts. Middlesex District Legal professional Marian Ryan announced throughout a press convention later Thursday evening that she is charging Hayes with two crimes: assault and battery with a harmful weapon and violation of a constitutional proper inflicting damage.
Hayes faces over a decade in jail for merely preventing again. Speak about a travesty of justice.

Akiva reports Hayes shall be arraigned in Newton District Courtroom later immediately.
