Negotiations between the union and the newspaper have been ongoing for 3 years.

The Guild posted the letter to social media, accusing the Instances representatives of demonstrating “an unwillingness on the desk to be affordable on key contract calls for.”
The union calls for job safety, honest hours, wages and advantages, range, fairness, and inclusion.
