To the editor: It is smart that many people are feeling the whiplash impact of the Trump administration and the every day uncertainty which he heaps upon the world (“Trump reversals on Fed chair, China tariffs send markets higher,” April 23). Nevertheless, I feel the dissonance is additional recognized by the truth that we’re being held hostage in Trump’s chaotic thoughts.
