For the second straight NASCAR Cup Sequence race at Bristol Motor Speedway, Kyle Larson took the sphere behind the woodshed.
After dominating the 2024 Bristol night time race and Saturday’s Xfinity Sequence race en path to victories, Larson put an analogous beatdown on the sphere on Sunday, main 412 laps in his second win of 2025 and his third Cup Sequence win at Bristol.
Larson swept the levels and led 412 laps — together with 350 in a row from Lap 40 to Lap 389 — within the victory.
Larson’s win comes simply days after Hendrick Motorsports Communications Director Jon Edwards — who labored carefully with each Larson and Corridor of Famer Jeff Gordon — tragically handed away. Many groups ran decals honoring Edwards on their autos all through the race weekend at Bristol.
