Jeinison Hernandez-Moran, 26, was charged with second-degree tried homicide.
Police stated the sufferer was present in mattress with a pickaxe embedded his his cranium.

The Knoxville Police Division stated a sufferer is in essential situation and a suspect has been detained after an assault at a house on Morrell Street.
The assault occurred at a house within the 1000 block of Morrell Street on Sunday, based on KPD.
Police discovered the sufferer laying in his mattress with a pick-axe caught in his cranium.
A witness advised police they noticed the suspect, later recognized as Jeinison Hernandez-Moran, hit the sufferer a number of instances.
“He then noticed the defendant placing the sufferer a number of instances within the head with a pick-axe,” the report stated. “The witness acknowledged the defendant fled the scene.”
