A decide in Indiana has ruled {that a} prisoner convicted of murdering his 11-month-old stepdaughter again in 2001 should be granted transgender surgical procedure.

In accordance with court documents, Richardson was sentenced to 55 years in jail after being convicted of strangling his spouse’s 11-month-year previous daughter to dying whereas she was at work.
