To the editor: The very best factor that the state’s voters and then-Gov. Jerry Brown did in 1976 for California’s current and future generations was to create and empower the California Coastal Fee. We gave it the authority to guard our valuable, lovely shoreline from these people and companies who would hurt it for their very own achieve or who want to block public entry to our seashores, which all of us have a proper to take pleasure in.
