Bodycam footage of New York State jail guards at Marcy Correctional Facility fatally beating a handcuffed prisoner was launched on Friday.
Robert Brooks, 43, who has been in jail since 2017 and serving a 12-year sentence for assaulting his girlfriend, was crushed by New York State jail guards on December 9. He died sooner or later after the beating.
The New York Lawyer Normal’s workplace launched the graphic footage amid an investigation into the deadly beating.
