KYIV: A Russian strike on Purple Cross automobiles in jap Ukraine killed three individuals, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy mentioned on Thursday (Sep 12).
“At this time, the occupier attacked the automobiles of the Worldwide Committee of the Purple Cross (ICRC) humanitarian mission in Donetsk area,” Zelenskyy mentioned.
The ICRC confirmed that three of its staffers had been killed when shelling hit a website of a deliberate frontline support distribution within the area.
It didn’t say who was behind the shelling.
“I condemn assaults on Purple Cross personnel within the strongest phrases,” ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric mentioned in a press release.
