To the editor: The rising divide between Silicon Valley executives and staff is a warning signal flashing pink for consciousness (“Political divide in Silicon Valley: As many tech leaders embrace Trump, their workforce has not,” April 13). Tech leaders leaning into President Trump’s agenda threat extra hurt than something. Employees are feeling undervalued and indifferent from tech trade visions that promised an rising union that caters to innovation and collaboration.
This disconnect threatens the tech tradition, establishing imbalances the place innovation suffers and productiveness fails. Corporations should see the motion of a collaborative tradition that attends to the wants of employees inside these industries.
