A preliminary magnitude 5.2 earthquake and practically a dozen aftershocks struck Southern California on Monday morning.
In line with the US Geological Survey (USGS), the quake hit at 10:08 am native time and was centered 2.5 miles south of Julian in San Diego County.
Notable shaking was felt throughout San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties.
No speedy harm or accidents reported.
